POSCURA is a wellness support platform that uses camera-based computer vision and AI to help users become more aware of posture and movement patterns, and to encourage healthier habits.

POSCURA is intended for general wellness and educational purposes only, and is not a medical service, medical diagnosis, or physiotherapy service.

3. POSCURA IS NOT MEDICAL OR CLINICAL ADVICE

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment plans, or recommendations from licensed healthcare professionals.

• POSCURA is not a medical device, clinical tool, or digital therapeutic.
• POSCURA does not provide clinical assessment, medical predictions, or health risk determinations.
• AI posture feedback is for wellness and movement awareness only.
• You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

You are solely responsible for decisions about your health, fitness, or physical condition.

4. PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA

Your privacy is important. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. USER ACCOUNTS

You may create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, in no event shall POSCURA or Motion Future be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Loss of data, income, profits, or business
• Personal injury or health outcomes from use of the Service

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POSCURA / Motion Future and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
